The need for volunteers is great, before, during, and after the event. See below for some activities that require volunteers to accomplish. As you can see, we’ll need a whole lot of hands, hearts and smiles to deliver a hugely successful Operation Stand Down Central Texas! VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 15 YEARS OR OLDER, AND AGES 15-18 MUST HAVE PARENTAL SUPERVISION.

 

--Fundraising (various events throughout the year)

--Donation collection and sorting at our OSDCT shop (all year round)

--Event Activities

• Setup (load out of articles day before event)

• Participant Escort

• Serving meals

• Clean up -Tear Down

--Sharing the word with other organizations and businesses to solicit donations (monetary as well as items and donations in kind.
